1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the plc247 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other means of access — you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. Plc247 reserves the right to request proof of age verification at any time. Players who fail to provide the required verification documents within the specified timeframe will have their deposits and withdrawals restricted until verification is complete.

3Account Registration & User Responsibilities

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) plc247 account only. Players found to hold multiple accounts — whether under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or device information — will be subject to the following actions without notice:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately
• All balances and winnings in the account will be forfeited
• All bonuses and promotions obtained will be forfeited
• Players may be permanently banned from using plc247

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including plc247 support staff
• Change your password immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party

Plc247 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
